I loved using this with my preschool students! We focused on one letter a week, and it was a great addition to what we were doing!

Get your child excited about the letter E and watch as their language skills soar!

The letter E is all about elephants, and we've got a full day dedicated to this majestic animal in our Letter of the Week Packet. We've even created a fun and easy elephant craft for kids to make, with a unique feature that allows them to stick their finger through the trunk. This is just one of the many engaging activities included in our packet, designed to help children learn and explore the world of E words. With our consistent character Glimmercat by their side, children will have a blast discovering exciting new sounds and words that start with the letter E.

My personal favorite in this packet of educational activities is the Eggshell Craft. Let me tell you why. Kids love getting hands-on, and in this craft, they get to smash eggshells before gluing them onto their egg creation. It's a small, but satisfying moment for any child, and it adds a tactile element to the activity that makes it all the more engaging.

We have an exciting activity to follow up with the Eggshell Craft - a fun puzzle! And of course, the puzzle features a cute little chicken sitting on none other than...eggs! This activity will not only keep children engaged and entertained but also help them reinforce their letter recognition skills. It's a great addition to the Letter of the Week Packet for the letter E, which offers a variety of engaging activities to introduce children to the world of E words.

I created a craft for "Envelope" that turned out to be a hit with the kids, even though it required some tricky cutting and the use of tape. The children loved the pretend play aspect of mailing their letters to each other and dropping them into mailboxes. It's amazing how simple crafts can spark the imagination and creativity of children.

In our Letter of the Week Packet for the letter E, we introduce an Elf character who wears Earmuffs and loves to play a fun game of "Eh?" with our beloved Glimmercat. The game involves Glimmercat saying something to the Elf, who then responds with "Eh?" to indicate he can't hear. It's a fun and interactive way for kids to learn about the letter E and its sound, while also enjoying a playful exchange between the two characters.

In our Letter of the Week Packet for the letter E, we introduce children to an adorable Elf character who wears Earmuffs and says "Eh?" to the tune of "the farmer in the Dell" because he can't hear our Glimmercat friend. To add to the fun, we've included a cute Elf craft that children can make and enjoy. While the cutting may be a bit tricky for young children, they'll love getting creative with this craft and pretending to be little Elves themselves.

The Elf craft is just one of the many engaging and educational activities in our packet, which also includes writing practice, path of motion, introducing the letter cards, a song, path of motion practice, reading literacy, writing center activity, dot to dot, maze, game, little book, and three additional crafts and lesson plans. With over 40 pages of activities, there's plenty to keep children busy and entertained while learning all about the letter E.

This is such a cute resource to use with students in Kindergarten. We use Saxson learning for ELA and we were looking for something to help us supplement when learning letters/letter sounds.
